Stir-Fry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    5 spears asparagus
    1 thin zucchini
    1 thin yellow squash
    1 large Roma tomato
    3 scallion tops
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Preparation:
    Grate zest off most of lemon; reserve.
    Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon; reserve.
    Cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces. Slice zucchini and yellow squash into 1/4-inch circles.
    Slice tomato into 1/4-inch circles.
    Finely slice scallion tops.
