Congealed Cherry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 can tart red cherries
1 c. sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
juice from 3 oranges or 1 c. orange juice
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Mix cherries and sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in half cup cold water. Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 2 quart glass baking dish and refrigerate until firm.
