Broccoli And Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lb. bay shrimp or fresh crab
2 cans cream of celery soup
3 to 4 pieces sourdough bread (use stale bread or leave out to dry), tear into pieces
1 c. milk
1/2 c. white wine (optional)
16 oz. any shredded cheese
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Coat with butter a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Put in package broccoli.
(Mix soup with wine and/or milk.)
Add seafood (crab or shrimp).
Add bread pieces.
Top with soup mixture, then cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan; bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve over rice or noodles.
This is a very quick and easy dinner!
