Round Steak Bordelon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak (per 2 persons)
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 yellow onion
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 small can mushrooms
    4 oz. tomato sauce
    1 can green peas
Preparation
    Trim and remove bone from steak.
    Powder lightly with sifted flour; rub in with fingers.
    Salt and pepper.
    Repeat on both sides.
    Brown steak, both sides, in melted butter; remove and set aside.
