Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded natural Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine half and half, egg and seasoning; mix well.
    Toss cheese with flour.
    Add cheese mixture and bacon to egg mixture.
    Pour into unbaked shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
