Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    1 chopped onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns and pour in bottom of baking pan.
    Mix together soup and sour cream.
    Pour over and top with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
