Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can beef consomme plus enough water to make 3 c.
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 chopped small onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Mix all other ingredients with sausage and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a 2-quart dish. Cover with foil to bake.
