Banana Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe bananas
    1 c. light cream
    1/4 c. chopped raisins (optional)
    1 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
    Turn into a well buttered baking dish or casserole and bake about 45 minutes or until set and browned on top.
    Makes 4 servings.
