Sour Cream Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans tomato sauce
    salt and garlic salt to taste
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. cooked egg noodles
    1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat. Drain. Add tomato sauce and seasoning. Cook and drain noodles. Add cottage cheese, sour cream and garlic salt to noodles. Mix gently. Put 1/2 noodle mix into greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with 1/2 meat sauce. Repeat and top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
