Ham Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded and softened
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese in a large bowl. Add sharp cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, paprika, salt, deviled ham, parsley flakes and pimento. Mix thoroughly.
    Chill until nearly firm.
    Shape into ball.
    Roll in pecans.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Sprinkle with additional paprika.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Serve with assorted crackers and bread rounds. Makes 1 large ball.
