Frozen Cherry Salad Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can dark sweet cherries
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain fruit. Soften cream cheese and beat until fluffy. Blend in sour cream, sugar and salt. Fold in fruit, marshmallows and pecans. Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and freeze overnight. Slice. Yield: 8 servings.
