Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/3 c. shortening
dash of salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Combine flour and salt, stirring well.
Add shortening, cutting it in with a fork, until a coarse mixture results.
Add cold water.
Shape into a ball.
Roll out into 8-inch round. Place in pie pan.
