Macaroni And Frank Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. hot dogs, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain well.
    Set aside.
    Melt oleo in large saucepan over low heat.
    Add onion and celery.
    Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add flour.
    Stir well.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
