Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Cups Red Lead Lettuce, Torn
1 Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
2 Stalks Celery, Sliced
11 oz. Can Mandarin Oranges, Drained
1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 Cup Peanut Oil
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/8 tsp. Salt
Preparation

Toss lettuce, onion, celery, oranges and almonds together in large bowl. In a mixing bowl whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over lettuce mixture and serve.
