Baked Butter Chicken - cooking recipe

1 whole chicken
1 stick butter
flour
salt
pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven at 375\u00b0.
Melt stick of better in baking pan in oven.
Cut up chicken and season with salt and pepper (or other desired seasoning).
Flour chicken just as you would to fry. Remove the pan from the oven when the butter is completely melted. Roll chicken in butter to coat and place in pan to bake.
Bake uncovered for about an hour, or until golden brown.
