Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lard
1 1/2 c. riced potatoes
1 c. sweet milk
3 egg whites, beaten stiff and yolks added and beaten with whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking powder in sifter of flour
Preparation

Make stiff enough to roll and cut.
Fry in boiling lard.
