Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3/4 bag hash browns
    1/2 onion
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion; drain.
    Mix hash browns, soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese and sausage in casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, for 45 minutes.
    Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese melts.
