Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can Hunt's whole tomatoes (28 oz.)
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet; drain well.
    Add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender.
    Add tomatoes and juice.
    Cut whole tomatoes into chunks.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of water, then the rice.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
