Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. frying chicken
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. bell pepper flakes or cubes
1/8 tsp. garlic salt or 2 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp. allspice
3 tsp. Season-All
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 1/2 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. white wine or water
Preparation

Cut chicken in pieces.
Dredge with flour.
Brown in oil until golden on all sides.
Drain off oil.
Add seasonings, tomatoes and wine or water; cover and simmer slowly for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Makes a superb meal when served with hot Italian garlic bread and tossed salad.
