Honey Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced apples
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. honey
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Spread sliced apples in a 1 1/2 quart heat-resistant glass utility dish.
    Sprinkle with white sugar and lemon juice; pour honey all over.
    Mix flour, brown sugar and salt in a bowl.
    Work in butter as for biscuits, making a crumb like mixture.
    Spread flour mixture over apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or crust is browned.
    Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream and dash of cinnamon.
