Old-Fashioned Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 or 3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine; beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until pie tests done.
    Yield: 1 (9-inch) pie.
