Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 large carton sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Combine all ingredients and fold in potatoes. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    This makes a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
