Betty'S Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 large egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, salt and baking powder. Add oil, egg and milk. Stir to mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch oiled pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown. Best when served hot.
