Frosted Banana Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (3 medium)
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs, bananas and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Pour into a greased 17 x 11 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until bars test done.
Cool and frost.
Makes 3 dozen.
