Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, sliced
    1 (6 oz.) can pitted ripe olives
    1 large green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour dressing over all.
    I rinse bottle with about 2 tablespoons vinegar; gives it more tang. Refrigerate overnight.
    Keeps well.
    Makes colorful Christmas salad.
