Polish Sausages And Creamy Potatoes(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. chives
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    6 fully cooked Polish sausages, slit diagonally at 1-inch intervals
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole, combine the sliced potatoes and water. Cover.
    Microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, stirring half the cooking time.
    Drain, sprinkle with salt and set aside.
