J. C.'S Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese (medium), grated
    1 c. crushed pecans
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, grated
Preparation
    Mix cheese, pecans, mayonnaise and onion thoroughly.
    Chill. Shape in ring mold. Serve with strawberry jam and crackers.
