Delicious Perfection Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (may use one of lime jello)
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. curry powder
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 c. carrot, grated
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin in cold water; add boiling water, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Add sugar, vinegar, curry powder and cayenne pepper.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in vegetables.
Pour into 8-cup mold, chill until firm.
Serve with mayonnaise for garnish.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
