Broccoli And Shrimp Fritters(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli
1/2 c. finely chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. finely cooked small shrimp, chopped
1/2 c. diced sweet red peppers
1/3 c. bean sprouts, chopped
Preparation

In medium bowl, beat the egg whites with a fork until frothy. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Coat a large frying pan with Pam. Let warm over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Drop small rounded tablespoons of the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until browned underneath.
Flip and cook on the other side for 2 to 3 minutes or until just set.
Great as a finger food.
