Low-Fat Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. applesauce
10 oz. carrots, drained and mashed, or 2 1/2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Mix all dry items, then add remaining items and mix well. Spray 8-inch cake pan with Pam and pour all mixture into it.
Cook 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8.
