Gail'S Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. cornbread (1 pkg. mix)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
salt and pepper
4 to 5 Tbsp. butter
4 c. white bread (6 to 8 slices)
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg
1 can chicken broth

Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter 5 to 7 minutes.
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
