Homemade "Shake & Make" Oven Frying Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unseasoned pkg. bread crumbs
    2 envelopes (or tsp.) instant chicken broth
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
    1 tsp. leaf rosemary, crumbled
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. coarse-grind pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, chicken broth, paprika, poultry seasoning, onion powder, oregano, rosemary, celery salt, pepper and garlic powder in a tightly covered moisture-proof container. Stir until well mixed. Use about 1 tablespoon on the mixture per serving of cut-up chicken parts. Moisten chicken in tomato juice before shaking with the crumb mixture if preferred over moistening with water.
