Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut in large chunks
1/3 c. Wesson oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a large bag, add all ingredients, close bag and shake.
Empty into a shallow baking dish.
Bake about 40 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
