Salsa Fria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped tomatoes (fresh)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can green chiles, chopped (4 oz.)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. coriander
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Chill and serve very cold. Serve with hot barbecued steaks or hamburgers.
    Makes 2 cups.
