Beef And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 c. coarse fresh bread crumbs or potato chips or grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in fat in large, heavy skillet.
    Add soups, vegetables, dry onion soup mix, sour cream and macaroni. Mix thoroughly.
    Turn into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with topping.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
