Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 doz. corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 small onion, diced
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
cheese slices
1 c. grated Cheddar
3 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and rinse off grease.
Return to pan or Dutch oven.
Add water, onion and spices.
Mix well over medium heat.
Add chicken and mushroom soups and enchilada sauce.
Rinse each can with small amount of water and add to pot.
Simmer 10 minutes, mixing well.
