Russian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. or 4 to 5 chicken breasts
    8 oz. jar Russian dressing
    8 oz. apricot preserves
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    pineapple (rings or chunks)
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, and the last 1/2 hour uncovered.
    Add pineapple for topping (optional).
