Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread or toast
    1/4 c. soft butter
    2 1/2 c. diced American cheese
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Spread bread with butter and cut each slice in four pieces. Alternate layers of bread and cheese in baking dish.
    Melt top layer of cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over bread and cheese.
    Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 30 to 45 minutes.
