Possum Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/2 c. toasted coconut
    1 small Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients, then fold in egg whites and mix well. Pour in a buttered baking dish (pie size).
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cool, top with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
