Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat butter with the mixer. Add 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda and cream of tartar. Beat until combined. Beat in remaining flour. Refrigerate and chill for 1 hour. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon combined. Place cookies on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
