Pastry Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. frozen butter, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Place flour, butter and salt in processor bowl and cover unit. Process 5 fast pulses or until butter is the size of small peas. With motor running, pour the water all at once through the central feed.
    Turn unit off as soon as the dough begins to gather together and before it forms a ball.
    Do not overprocess.
    Remove from processor bowl and gather into a ball.
    Roll out and place in a 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
