Macadamia Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Macadamia nuts, chopped
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat together butter and 1/2 cup sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
    Add vanilla and water.
    Beat until combined.
    On low speed, beat in flour until combined and moistened.
    Fold in nuts.
    Shape into ball and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
    Make dough into balls using 1 tablespoon for each ball.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheets about 1-inch apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
    When cool, dust with remaining powdered sugar.
