Squirrel Or Rabbit With Parsley Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 rabbit, cut up
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. juice from a jar of dill pickles
    3 c. water (includes juice from can of mushrooms)
    cornstarch
    Bisquick for dumplings
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brown mushrooms in margarine in skillet.
    Remove and set aside mushrooms until later.
    Brown rabbit.
    Add onion, salt, pepper, pickle juice and water.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
