Preacher'S Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. frozen French fries, cut up
    4 large eggs
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon; brown onion and potatoes. Beat eggs and pour into skillet over bacon, potatoes and onions.
    When one side is done, sprinkle with cheese.
    Fold and cook until set.
    Makes 2 servings.
