Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plus zucchini
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 small onion, grated
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cut zucchini into small pieces and lightly cook and drain. Mix dressing and butter.
    Mix all ingredients with 1/2 of dressing mixture.
    Put in casserole dish and top with remaining dressing. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
