Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
2 to 3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 to 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 (1 lb.) can green peas
1 (1 lb.) can green beans
1 (1 lb.) can lima beans
1 (1 lb.) can corn
1 (1 lb.) can black-eyed peas
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Mix all ingredients.
Simmer 2 to 3 hours or until carrots and potatoes are soft.
Different vegetables can be substituted according to each family's taste.
