Grandmother Rachel'S 1, 2, 3, 4 Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream sugar, eggs and shortening; add dry ingredients.
    Stir well and bake
    in a tube pan until done, about 50 minutes, at 350\u00b0.
