Cheesy Macaroni And Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    17 oz. evaporated milk
    1 c. American cheese, grated (4 oz.)
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (4 oz.)
    1 c. sliced hot dogs (3 to 4)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain (2 cups uncooked).
    Saute onions in butter.
    Stir in flour and salt; blend in evaporated milk.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
    Add cheeses; stir until melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in macaroni and hot dog slices.
    Place Cheesy Macaroni and Hot Dogs in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until heated through.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
