Market Day Chuck Wagon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Market Day meatballs
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
    10 (1/2-inch) cubes sharp cheese
    1 can flaky refrigerator biscuits
    1 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Place meatballs, celery, green pepper, onion, tomato sauce and seasonings in a large heavy skillet.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add beans and turn into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Place a cube of cheese on each biscuit; fold biscuits in half.
    Firmly press edges to seal.
    Place on meatball mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until biscuits are brown and done.
    Test with toothpick.
