Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, grated
    2 small carrots, grated
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. white sugar
Preparation
    Mix these ingredients and bring mixture to boil for 1 minute. Cool.
    Pour over cole slaw.
    Freeze in serving size containers. Thaw just until slushy to serve.
    Keeps in freezer for about 10 months.
